Soviets could have used u.n charter as computer program in afghanistan

The La Times wrote a series of articles aroubd 11.26 2010 saying the U.S.  would be in Afghanistan as long as the soviets but if both u.n. charter as computer program and u.n. troops used out come different but i guess such thhngs fall on deaf ears and official historical account ignores.
There is another article about Afghanistan prrsenting a challenge to N.A.T.O. but an even greater one could be to make the u.s. constitution into a computer program and also the u.s. constitution.
Another article said Iran was making it's prescence felt in Afghanistan well i am sure that united nations computer program and u.n. relief effort could also.. Maybe an Afghanistan Tolerance Party inmcluding environmentalism, religious tolerance, and support for univwersal declaration of human rights helps.
But the the script seems to be wriiten for failure and to akways include the taliban and whoever in afghanistan fauiling.
