U.S. Claims wike leaks endangers lives but u.n. computer program option

The CBC News has an article as does The Toronto Star claiming that the Wiki Leaks would endanger lives.
If the U.S. were to make through The United Nations a computer program copying the u.n. charter to protect lives electronically lives would be saved. The excuse that Wiki leaks any way endangers lives is not valid. Again the CBC like nov 27 2010 or 11 other news archives features an article on Suicide attacks by an Al-Qaeda affiliate in Yemen without frst asking why u.n. computer program used by Yemeni citizens might not be preffered.
Also not attempt was made to check which Middle Eastern nations are members of The United Nations.
Take u.n. charter computer program  and possibility of Middle Eastern United Nations forces drawn from population and different stories emerge. The good thing The Toronto Star did was mention the  attempt to cut Greenhouse gases but the pretention was the U.S. was the leader.

British government opposes any intelligence in courrt because that would mean it the inteligence agencies would have to use it to create the u,n. charter as a computer program to electronically protect britain and human rights. I disagree I think that the united nations charter as a computer program could be far more likely.

Soviets could have used u.n charter as computer program in afghanistan

The La Times wrote a series of articles aroubd 11.26 2010 saying the U.S.  would be in Afghanistan as long as the soviets but if both u.n. charter as computer program and u.n. troops used out come different but i guess such thhngs fall on deaf ears and official historical account ignores.
There is another article about Afghanistan prrsenting a challenge to N.A.T.O. but an even greater one could be to make the u.s. constitution into a computer program and also the u.s. constitution.
Another article said Iran was making it's prescence felt in Afghanistan well i am sure that united nations computer program and u.n. relief effort could also.. Maybe an Afghanistan Tolerance Party inmcluding environmentalism, religious tolerance, and support for univwersal declaration of human rights helps.

U.S. Ignores U.N. charter as computer program possibility again

President Obama and his Government apparantly did not hear the idea about a United Nations charter computer program coreectly because apprantly they think North Korea is an enemy still.
Interesting to note at same time Defence Industries  Company South Land is having trouble as listed in the buisiness section in Los Aneles times all this excitable talk about Iran Iranium enrichment takes place.
In addition there is that African-American boy falsely accused no doubt of planning to use a bomb in Oregon. Maybe the u.s, authorities are too stupid to comprehend the idea of the united nations charter as a computer program which would electronically protect he u.s.a.  I am sure even if the boy told them about his ideas to protect the u.s. their racism would cause trouble with hearing. Similar things happened in Oregon in the 1960's during the Civil rights movement. It would not occur to u.s authorities to use constitution as eloectronic protection for rights of citizens. I note also a former Senator sdupported Republicans with 25 million dollars for some sort of Independent Action commite. that;s a good one.

United Nations charter can be made into a computer program.

The United Nations Chartter of Universal  Rights and the constitutrions of the world can be copied to disk , digitilized on the internetas a computer program to scan for threats to freedoms to citizens. The constitutions of the world could also be put to use to protect all nations by simply locking out the single of any missile using electronics. The program also would be equipped with a message system calling for a democratic forum when citizens are alerted by the program to threats to their liberties. Each citizen shall be equipped with one of these and the U.N. Charter article 29,27, and the second part of article 26 of the U.N. Charter provides.

Article23 could provide the right to plant crops where there are car dealerships  since it says people have the right to determine their employment. In addition will say a Volunteer work force works best because there is the desire to work not implied coercion in society viewing the person who would prefer to work with crops and not work for someone else as a piece of excrement. Also to keep in mind that is attitude which still provides a way for Nazis to achieve power and citizens have a Nazi attitude to those considered lazy.
